To achieve anything, you must put in the work to achieve growth within you body, in your mind, and in your spirit.
I will go over the following:
1. Thoughts are things and they fully belong to us. We can use negative energy and negative beliefs to fuel new/positive thoughts and circumstances.
2. Bad habits must be conquered. Our will gets strengthened every time we do something that may not be enjoyable in the short-term, but helps us in the long-term.
3. We can use the same laws all the greats used to create our own world/a better world for everyone. Principles/laws withstand the sands of time.
4. Organization, Goal-setting, Environment, Sleep, Silence, Books, The Golden Rule all have power that we must harness.
5. Take Action: Start by getting a journal and creating a schedule. Write your definite chief aim and think about it as often as you can.
6. Your diet decides your health.
7. You must cleanse your body, what you put into your body is just as important as the ease in which toxins/waste goes out.
8. You will feel like you’re failing multiple times, you must rise again, and again, and again.
9. Exercise is one of the greatest joys we can experience in the physical world.
10. Are you willing to seek discomfort to ensure comfort in the future? Are you willing to create the YOU that you want to be? Will you help yourself so you can help others?
